Court forms: Crown copyright
The court forms this site completes are published by HM Courts and Tribunals Service and are Crown copyright. They are reproduced and filled in under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The forms are: Form A, Form A1, Form E, Form E1, Form E2, Form ES1, Form ES2, Form FM5, Form H, Form H1, Form P, Form P1, Form P2, Form D81 and Form D11. The blank forms, their notes for guidance and the current versions are on GOV.UK. RemedyReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for HMCTS, the Ministry of Justice or the judiciary.
Each form on this site carries the version shown on GOV.UK when it was last checked (October 2026). Forms change; if the court has issued a newer version, the court's version applies and we update ours as soon as we can.
Orders and guidance
Draft orders follow the Standard Family Orders (Volume 1, financial remedy, May 2026) published by the judiciary and the procedural guidance on this site summarises the Family Procedure Rules 2010 and their practice directions (published on justice.gov.uk under the Open Government Licence), the Financial Remedies Guide 2026 (judiciary.uk) and court fees on form EX50 (GOV.UK). The statutes referred to, including the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, the Children Act 1989 and the Civil Partnership Act 2004, are reproduced from legislation.gov.uk under the Open Government Licence. Summaries and explanations are ours and are not legal advice.
